*Fuji music* is the fast paced sound blazing in the streets of Lagos, capturing the joy, the pain and the energy of the world‘s fastest growing megapolis. Heavy Yoruba drumming, arabesque instrumentation and soaring multipitched vocals blending into a sound that commands attention and forces to dance along. From the homelands of the African nations to the Arab culture to the West and the rest of the world - Fuji is the exiting synthesis of all that mixing, fertilizing and developing happening in Africa at the moment.

Brothers Keepers mastermind *Ade Bantu* has united with Fuji music maestro *Adewale Ayuba* from Nigeria and Fela Kuti's original guitar player *Oghene Kologbo* for a real Fuji firework: A unique listening experience with a completely new style mix of Fuji vibes with Afrobeat, Ragga, Pidgin Raps and HipHop! *Bantu* stands for the Nigerian-German Brotherhood Alliance Navigating Towards Unity around Ade Bantu. Having helped shape the German HipHop movement from its start, Ade has been using his Nigerian roots for an intercontinental inspiration. He fused his musical variety with a clear political statement against racism with his Brothers Keepers project. As "Fuji Ambassador", *Adewale Ayuba* has started to spread the vibe of West African dancehalls from his Lagos club, Skindles, straight to the Americas, Europe and beyond with his captivating vocal arrangements and fluent drum patterns.

Having toured Ghana in May and just returning from a successful German tour with Brothers Keepers, Bantu has now teamed up with the *Afrobeat Academy* for his next live activities. Headed by Oghene Kologbo, this band knows how to celebrate Fela Kuti's heritage like no other combo. Booking Agency La Candela http://www.lacandela.de .
